The Follower Gadget

I'm really annoyed by technology that doesn't work because its designer(s) don't appear to have taken their users' needs into consideration.  The Follower Gadget on Blogger.com appears to be just such a device.  It's really cool to be able to see who is following your blog, and it's nice to have a picture of them.  But gosh, why can't you return the favor and "follow them back?"  Sigh . . . You can block followers, and you can be friends with them, but no quid pro quo?  Very disappointing.

    Google certainly isn't making it easy to find each other, either. I'm not having any luck with a google search for classmates' blogs. I'm jrbingham.blogspot.com. If everyone would post their link, that would be awesome.
